Source: Gazprom raises bond offering to 60 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Jun 18 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has raised the volume of perpetual bond offering to 60 billion rubles and set the first coupon guidance at 8.45%, a financial source told PRIME on Friday.
Initially, the company planned to offer at least 30 billion rubles of perpetual bonds at a coupon of 8.45–8.5%.
The final coupon guidance corresponds to a yield of 8.63% to the first 4.5-year call option.
The placement of the bonds will be private among qualified investors.
The technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for June 25. The bonds will be issued by Gazprom’s unit Gazprom Capital. Gazprombank, Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital, Credit Bank of Moscow, Sovcombank, and brokerage company Region will act as organizers.
